DHD is extremely confident in our products. If you are not satisfied with your items we will be more than happy to accept returns within the first week of purchase. Since we do use real wood, there might be minor imperfections that we did not catch out of the shop. While 99% of the errors are caught, we replace anything that might have an effect on the longevity of your product. 

We emphasize exceptional customer service at DHD, therefore we are always available to service your products as they weather over time. 

In order to get our products to you for the lowest price possible, DHD handles all deliveries in-house, and all items are fully assembled. After submitting your order, we will contact you to confirm your total price. Delivery is calculated at $0.80 a mile from Ellijay, GA. This is the total for your entire order, NOT per item. 

No payment is accepted until delivery, and we accept cash, check, or card(+3%)
