DHD 100% stands behind all of the products that we produce, therefore if you are unsatisfied with what you've receive, we will offer a full refund and cover the cost of shipping. If the product is damaged during delivery, we ask that you contact us as soon as possible to get a replacement on the way.
All of our products are proudly made with American lumber, but over time sometimes wood can be unpredictable. In the off chance that you have a part break, you can contact us and we will send you a new part for free if this occurs within the first two years. If a piece breaks after the two year mark, we will just ask you to cover the cost of shipping.
