DHD provides a wide variety of products, but due to the heavy/large nature of outdoor furniture we are only able to nationally ship a select few. When browsing our online store, you will see that some products will be listed as "local delivery only". These products will be delivered fully assembled by DHD. All other products can be shipped nationally.

Once an order is placed, we will communicate order status and expected turnaround time. All orders are usually fulfilled in 1-2 weeks. If you have any questions during the process, please do not hesitate to contact us. Products that are shipped with a third-party carrier will require light partial assembly, and we provide an instructional video to make the process as smooth as possible.

We design our products to require minimal maintenance and be highly versatile. This means that once the furniture is assembled, you can sit back and relax. If you do want to refinish an item as they weather, you can apply a water-based sealant clear coat. If you choose to go this route, we do recommend that you sand the surface with a fine grit sandpaper (220 or higher).
