We handle all deliveries in-house, and our products are completely assembled. In order to make our customers feel as comfortable as possible, no payment is accepted until after your items are delivered.

Down Home Dexterities handles delivery in a unique way. Most orders placed in GA, TN, AL, SC, and NC will be delivered by DHD with our own trucks and drivers. We will deliver anything within a four hour drive from Ellijay, GA. This allows for all products to be delivered fully assembled and the items staged wherever you would like. It also promotes a better customer experience when you not only know where your furniture was made, but you also know who made it. At checkout, you will not be asked for payment because we accept payment upon delivery. Instead, after you submit we will reach out to you directly and confirm delivery details. For all orders beyond our in-house delivery range, we will have to ship your items through your choice of freight carrier. We are able to ship to all 50 states, so please contact us for a shipping quote. Freight cost is usually dependent on whether or not you opt to have your items delivered fully assembled or partially assembled. All partially assembled items include an instructional video to guide you through the process. You will most likely not be able to checkout, so use our online store to browse and let us know what you would like when you contact us. We would still love to serve you no matter where you may be located!

Q: Where do you deliver?
A: We mainly operate in GA, NC, TN, AL, and SC. However, we can ship at very competitive rates to most states all along the Eastern United States. We can keep costs extremely low with smart logistics and timely deliveries.
Q: Is there a place where I can come see the chairs?
A: Absolutely, we have a facility in Ellijay, GA where you can browse our products by appointment. You can also pick up to avoid delivery costs.
Q: Is there a warranty on your products?
A: We are extremely confident in our products and would not put out something that was not built to last. In very few cases, we have found errors and are more than happy to replace them. We want our customers to feel like they can call anytime and we will be there to ensure complete satisfaction.
Q: What's your typical timeframe?
A: Our turnaround time can vary based on the volume of orders, but we typically deliver within two weeks. We will reach back out a few days before and coordinate a delivery day/time.
Q: What type of payment do you accept?
A: We accept cash, card, or check once the product is received.
